Forum Hacker punishments!

Hello dear Warmane Community, i know this thread has been made multiple times in the past however, i know many people out there agree with me.
The punishments hacker receive are way too forgiving, 3 day? 10 day ban? these people will continue hacking even after this ban, ruining my and many other peoples game experience in multiple realms.
Why hackers arent just permanently banned? These people intentionally are toxic to other players for their own self pleasure because they want to make people angry.
When people know hackers are just gonna come back, why would we want to report them then? when we know they will be back after 3-10 day time period? This will also affect our own behavior in game and this will hirt all the new players that might join to play a realm when everyone is just plain rude when they know they cannot do anything about this issue and when new players become the victims of the hackers the cycle will continue and the community is the victim in the end.
Why isn't hacking permanently bannable offense, these people obviously just want to ruin everyone else's day, and we need to get rid of them PERMANENTLY.
It's already way too hard to prove that someones hacker when they are as sly as foxes when they hack, u put effort to get some sort of proof to get them finally banned and then they will just come back.

The ban duration is extended for every repeat offense, until it becomes permanent.

For the same reason that a parking ticket exists instead of the death penalty.
