Pandaria Shapeshift lag on feral

On Warmane i have faced some issue, when you shapeshift to cat form or bear form you'll get lagged for 1s. I have teseted on resto and balance there is no lag when shapeshift, only on feral spec. The lag causes Leader of the pack buff. Is there any way or thing to help rid of that lag? My computer specs perfect and on other servers there is no lag when shapeshift in feral.

well, tomorrow we are gonna use a new Core so if it was caused by LoTP maybe it will go away
That said try to disable all your AddOns, still lag prolem while shapeshifting into Cat or Bear?

Ofc i disable it, i hope so it fixes, since i played on other server 5.4.8 and there was no issues like here

well my pc isn't that good to make video since i play on about 30fps and when making video drops to 10fps :D But it makes wonder, my guild mate dont have problem like this and i have problem only when play here on warmane, on other servers everything is fine, so it looks like it's from server side that issue
