Account compromised

My account was compromised nearly a week ago somehow and was taken under control by someone. I was able to recover it and get access to the new email assigned to my account, however I am unable to change it back to my old email because the one week cooldown.. The person who took my account originally is trying to get back in, and I've gotten notifications from my google email that they're trying to get back into the email. I want to change my email back but due to the cooldown I am unable to do so. I was wondering if it was possible for a GM to lift the one week cooldown so I am able to change my email and feel as though my account is secure once more?

Maybe, but you gotta prove that you're the actual owner... all this you said sounds fishy to me.

I already opened a ticket. Warmane can see the IP's that log into accounts and if they look, they'll see which one is me and which person was the guy who hacked the account.
