    Huge Lag Problem need help!

    Hi, From past 1 month i have been having lag problem while playing. My internet seems to work fine while browsing but when i play wow it lags alot and i have high ms always. I have tried changing my DNS many times but it doesnt help. I am from Newdelhi,India and my ISP is MTNL broadband. My download speed is fine,however i have high ms in wow.I have some friends who are using the same ISP but they dont have lag problem like me. Please help me to figure out the problem with this issue.

    ISP- MTNL broadband
    Place- New Delhi, India
    Modem:- D-Link DSL-2730U
