Pandaria Can't start up WoW.exe

This is what I keep getting

1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

I get that too. "This account needs to be converted to a Battle.net account"
And error 132 aswell :(

EDIT: Seems to have figured itself out. I think it was a problem with an addon. So for anyone having this problem, try moving interface, WTF, and Cache folder out onto your desktop (or anywhere but your wow folder) and launch wow again. If that dosnt work, atleast you'll still have them.
