Unbearable Lag and Delay

I was a player down it was Molten-wow. Nowadays I wanted to check out the server and after I connect there is a great delay and lag, usually affects after 30 secs I start playing. I m sure my network has no problem because I do play other online games without a problem. And it seems people are playing without any problem because it shows server is full 10000 players. Someone has an idea?

I cant even start the first quests or speak to a npc Please Help

Doesn't look like anybody has any solutions or anybody cares, mate. Classic "If my game runs smoothly, then lol at the people struggling IDGAF"-mentality, I suppose. I have the same problem, can't do anything, 3 minute+ delay on everything.
