WotLK Can't tell if I have the new character models

I downloaded the WotLK client from the website. I'm positive I downloaded the new one and not the one with "old" by the name, but I'm not sure if I actually have these new character models or not. I'm looking at comparison images on google and comparing them to things in the game and, to me, it looks like I have the old models. Anyone know of a sure way to tell? I definitely have all the graphics maxed out, so unless I'm missing a setting someplace I'm not sure what to do.

I'm not sure about it, since I haven't tried it, but in WoD there is a setting somewhere around graphics to turn on and off the new models. That could be the problem. o:

I just double checked every option in the menu and I am not seeing a setting anywhere that enables / disables the new models, so that's at least not it..haha

How are you unable to tell if you have the old models or not?

Draenei and Blood Elves do not have the updated models, but everything else you should notice instantly.

I have never owned Warlords of Draenor and haven't played WoW in years, so I'm not sure if these are the updated ones or the old models. I was trying to compare human faces in the character select screen with comparison photos in google. It almost looks like I don't have the models, but I was hoping I could find someone with a better method of detecting the new models. Or maybe someone could let me know if there were any more steps to enable upgrade?

method of detecting them? they look nothing alike... but just post screenshots of your char or from character creation screen on any race and it would be very easy to tell for most people.

Thank you for confirming it. Are there more steps to getting the models to work than just downloading it? I downloaded the WotLK client for the mac.
