Cataclysm DK stucked in starting zone.

Let me start by saying i'm not ******ed i know that i need for follow the quests to get out but after doing most of the quests u get [The Lich King's Command](Part 3 of 3) and before going to complete that quest i went up to train myself. When i got up there were no npc's there nothing i can't go down anymore and i'm stucked up there and i'm not alone there are like 2 others dk's in the same situation. Solutions that i tryed: heartstone, ingmae unstuck, unstuck from website, warlock summon. I can't kill myself to get to a spirit healer . Reallyyyyyyyyy.
