retriving character list

hello guys i play on frostwolf server and it takes much time to retrive character lists weeks ago it was fine and good but from 2 days it takes about 1 min why? and also sometimes i get disconnected from the server and my connectio is on !!! these things happens from 1 or 2 days

I can't even get passed the retriving charaters list at all and many others seem to have the same problem..

also the mailbox is bugged somehow!!!!
