trying to reset dungeon

when i reset dungeon it isnt working, someone else got the same problem?

If normal dungeon then change dungeon diff. to 5 man heroic and then to 5 man normal, if heroic dungeon its reverse.
If u get the message

Razorfen Downs (just an example) has been reseted.
