Pandaria Event error

Hi,
today on frostwolf realm GM named Mmorpgrussia hosted maze event and problem started when he port us or something like this and around 15 from 20 peoples which done this maze gets same error like me where game just freezed and doesnt help anything only alt+f4 (reward was Frost Collar) is there a way how to get this reward?

when you kicked last player who didnt find a way to throne what i remember it was gnome war then around 5-6 peoples with me which used morph vendor got freezed game and only way to fix that was alt+f4 but when i came back you have already leaved party and peoples which are on screenshots had same problem and didnt get reward (Frosty Collar).
