WoD models for 5.4.8

Hy, can someone please help,
How to implemented WoD models for my 5.4.8 game client? All i do is copy new 5.4.8 wow.exe to old wow folder, and i can play game but i want that WoD models.

I wasn't fully downloaded (warmane's 5.4.8 full client) - beocuse of that i ask what to do? I download just wow. exe
