I used faction change for my resto druid and when the transfer was complete , my prideful feet(druid) got changed into shaman gear XD

I got a reply from a GM , they say there is nothing they can do about it -_- . Did your friend get his gear back ?

Bug Report should be made for such cases.

Of course it should be reported but what will happen to poor guy's gear? It's fun that the guys who test things and report them on bugtracker mostly lose the chance to get the item or whatever that thing is and they were trying to get. But after the fix, GMs say "we can't do anything about it."
