Pandaria cant log in

i cant AND cant log in
to make it easier i can log in with succes it says i need to connect with the Frostwolf client it does , then it says im Logging in to game server but goes back to the Realm selection and nothing happens....

maybe im doing something wrong ?
i have the new cliënt and i could log in this morning no problems... now i got home and **** is not working.

can someone help me out (im not a computer genius or of any kind)
