Pandaria Can't start the game..!!

Hi all..!
I downloaded the MoP client from the Warmane's link (SELECT EXPANSION ----> Mists of Pandaria ----> Windows).
At the end i tried to open the game but it doesn't start.. I unchecked the "Only Read" on properties, i tried to start it like administrator, i changed the realmlist "warmane.ru" to "warmane.com", i included WoW on the Firewall's exceptions, but nothing.. The game doesn't start.. After 3-4 minutes appears this:

"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

Can you help me please..?! ç_ç

Into MoP folder there are 3 folders ( Data, Interface, WTF), divxdecoder.dll, scan.dll, WoW.exe, WoW.mfil, WoW.pfil and WoW.tfil..

Close your Torrent Client, Move your MoP folder away from your torrent-download-destination. Then:
Delete WDB inside WoW's Cache folder, right click on MoP folder>Properties> Remove " Read-only"

i can log in but cant pvp or do anything so quite fked up

how can you say it is the same problem if you are able to log-in but "not able to do pvp" ?
Also, explain better your PvP problem please

alright i keep getting the message blizzardpvpui wont load or something like that so i cant pvp i cant do anything in game and now i also cantr log in cauze the realm is ofline? i dont understand anything about this sorry mate help me if ya can

Anyway...
Use this macro:
/run
EnableAddOn("Blizzard_
PvPUI"); ReloadUI()

If it does not work then try:
/run
EnableAddOn("Blizzard_
PVPUI"); ReloadUI()
