Pandaria Some Help Here

Hi There I'm trying to play again WoW and I just downloaded the game and when I click the wow.exe it doesn't load the game and after a few seconds (like 30 segs) it shows the following message



"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

What am I missing? is corrupt any file? should I restart the whole Wow?

Some stuff:
I downloaded the full version of MOP the 28Gb one
OS:Windows 7 32 bits

close your Torrent Client, move your MoP folder away form your Torrent's download destination.
Then right click on MoP folder>properties> disable " Read-only"
