Entering the Area Vale of Eternal Blossoms

guys i would like your help on this one please , the area vale of eternal blossoms seems to be inaccessible on foot (without flying) , as i was checking the two known entrances (two gates) they both won't let you in
the problem is that i already reached 90 and i can't find any entrance to the zone.

i searched it on google and found out that there is chain of quests to do to enter this zone , i looked for the NPC (quest giver ) and i couldn't find it.

is there a special way that everyone is getting in ? or a passage of some kind ?

any help is appreciated , and i can't fly in

Normaly..you should take the flight master to the Shrine of the seven stars, You dont need a quest chain to enter that zone

It is possible to walk there, you have to know your way around Pandaria.

I used a big gate coming in from from Kun-Lai Summit, kinda south west from where the Sha of Anger world boss spawns, just click the gate.

just remember to spam-click it... As for lore, there is indeed a small quest to unlock the gate, but be prepared for some hordies around xD

yeah ofc there is a small quest chain to access the veil lorewise
