Hello Warmane Community,
First of all, a good day to everyone! I'm here because I've tried the minimal download client and couldn't resort to downloading everything. So, yes it works, but here's the problem: The background downloader doesn't download anything it shows whenever I hover in-game 0 mb and it also doesn't show the latency. I've tried the "uncheck read-only" and other permissions with no luck. Also removed my firewall and antivirus and again, no luck.
So here I am asking my fellow community, could anyone or did anyone upload the files added to the 5.4.8 from the previous 5.4.2 Client and please give the download link? It'd be a huge help.

if you are asking for a download then why do not get 5.4.8 full client via torrent from here -.-' https://www.warmane.com/download ?
That said do not worry about your "problem", your are succesfully downloading anything you need even if you do not realize and the 0 MS is a general issue everyone has.
So keep playing and do not worry

I'm asking for a download of only the added files since I thought my client wasn't downloading anything. And in addition, the "added" files in the 5.4.8 client would be much much smaller than downloading the whole 5.4.8 client itself wouldn't it? Thank you for confirming that my client IS downloading even if it shows 0 mb downloaded. I'm also just eager to get the required files since to be able to play WoD models, the patch has to be complete, so it wouldn't show any errors. But I guess I have to be patient and play the old ones.
I know this has been much stressful for you since you have been very active helping players with the 5.4.8 problems in the forums and probably in-game. So, cheers to that!

but do you already have the old 5.4.2 client? Then you need to add inside ONLY the "wow.exe" from the full 5.4.8 torrent, nothing more

Ah, there arises my new problem lol. So there was nothing more needed. Anyway, been getting this error after extracting the WoD models into my WoW folder (No antivirus, no firewall), ONLY WHEN I use the WoD Launcher.

did you get new 5.4.8 wod models from here? http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....ated-for-5-4-8
then check in those pages if anyone had your same problem or try to ask help there

Yeah, apparently read the replies in the thread earlier. They said the game is still downloading the files needed that's why we're getting the error, hence why I was asking for all the files needed to be 5.4.8 then you said there's no more files needed just the .exe from the torrent. Now it's confusing haha
Nevermind WoD I guess haha! Anyway, I really do appreciate your responses man. Thanks a bunch!

In the first post of that guide you can read in fact:
"You must have the new 5.4.8 client, not 5.4.2 with new wow.exe "
So if you wanna play Frostwolf, that solution is enough but in case you wanna use those WoD models then he recommend to get whole 5.4.8 torrent.
