Why did u mark my ticket as read and closed it i just want my acc recovered from stealing and u cant take 20 mins of your time to do your job or simply fix the ticket service on webiste,I gave all the info old email old password,username char names....,shame.

do you mean ticket in-game? then it is because you need to send an e-mail to [email protected] if you lost access to your account, there aren't any other way

Mine got hacked as well, i even saw it get logged on while on my alt, ive sent in tickets, and emails and not ****. this was yesterday.

I was logged in game when someone changed my password and email and when i saw that i sent all gold and boe items to another account and deleted my chars because i was affraid the hacker will sell my items to vendor.
I wrote a ticket for char restoratiom but this server wants 10 coins per char LOL.
Nope,wont donate for 1500+ hrs of playtime.
Im started being glad this server is gonna be empty soon!

Account security is your own responsibility. The only thing you can do is send an email to [email protected] with proof of ownership but other than that, if your characters have been deleted, we won't just restore them as part of the account recovery process.

So you gave your account info out and somebody stole your account...so you deleted your chars, and somehow this is Warmane's problem? They didn't give your info out or delete your characters, so how is it their responsibility?

Changing your password often might help to prevent an account from being hacked.

I didnt gave my account to anyone.
I was logged in game when I got message on gmail that my password and email has been changed, got that notification on phone
The first thing I did is sending gold, boe items and mats to my GFs account, wrote a ticket and send email to [email protected] with proof from my email.
The next thing i did is deleting my chars so the hacker wont sell my gear to vendor
And dear warmane wants me to donate 50 coins to restore my chars?
Have spent 110 coins for gearing and 1500+ hrs of raiding for gearing those chars
