XP Formula Exploiting

So today i was running around Borean tundra and i saw a bunch of level 80 Alliance players running with level 10-50 guys behind them, those are trying to tag mobs and seems to be getting a massive amount of XP for it.

As far as i know, thats against the Rules right? Because the XP formula doesnt work right

Take screenshot ! report and get them banned !
