1. Fatal wow launch errors?

    so i downloaded the client last night from the site using bit torrent. When i tried to launch wow using the wow icon and not launcher.exe (like it said to do) i get 2 errors:

    Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910

    and

    the application has encountered a critical error:
    Error #132 (0x85100084) fatal exception!
    exception: 0x0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
    the instruction at "0x0126CF20" referenced memory at "0x00000000".
    the memory could not be "read".

    pls halp ;-;

  2. if what Zelta showed to you does not work then Close your Torrent Client and move your MoP Folder away from your Torren's download destination.
    Now you can re-do what you see in the gif

  3. Yeah the problem is when i look again, its ticked again.

    I have the same problem ingame with guild invites, i untick it, check again and its ticked again.

    Also i get 5-6 crashes like TS and then it will work.

    As far as I know this is a server-side problem, not your own problem :)

    Then you need to go into Secruity tab and set it to allow full control to both Administrator, System and User.
    Then hit accept and then untick read-only.

    I had this issue the other day, the new torrent is dodgy af, whoever uploaded it needs to reupload a version which doesn't force users to have to do anything with it other than click .exe and play.
