Vale of Eternal Blossoms closed

Hi !

Here's my problem, and I'm apparently not the only one with this : I can't get into the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
I started Anduin's quest chain until I get the quest "A Witness to History" : I'm supposed to meet Anduin at the Gate of the August Celestials, but when I get there, there's no one. Not a single living thing (only a lost random merchant you can see in the picture below).

Without this quest, I (and the other players having the same issue) can't get to this zone, and I obviously can't reach the Shrine of Seven Stars. I'm literally stuck outside the Vale.

Anyone knows what I can do to fix that ?

Ok, apparently I don't need this quest to be able to get in the Vale. Weird af, but I can continue to play at least. Thanks anyway.

quests no,
but just walk to the right a bit and you will see a gate tower you can enter
climb up the stairs, head towards the vale, jump down and your in.
