WotLK Lordaeron PVP and PVE

Hello!
Just joined on your server and I see like the best oportunity to go through the Wotlk once again, when it was started some years ago. Thats really cool!
And so, after reading the Forum, I want to ask you some questions.
First of all, lets talk about PVP on Lordaeron. As I see, all people are playing right now with proffesion's sets, other stuff, etc. and a5 set ( the Gladiator one). So, I want to ask you: PVP content depends on PVE content coming out or its absolutly independent base? If it's so, how is it going to realese in future? I mean next items, like A6 and further ones (PVP weapons too, of course).
Secondly, PVE content. As i heard of, the Ulduar will be come out in 2-3 months. How the further raid-instanses are going to realese? Is that depends on progress of guilds somehow, or is that the specific schedule of realeses?
And whats about a joint realese? I mean, PVP and PVE together. Will it be the Ulduar and A6 set on arena, for example? Or is it work on another way?
Would be great to hear some answers! Thank you!

Seasons progress together with tiers. I think ulduar will be released in atleast a month or soo.
