Pandaria Weapon Swap Macro need help

For some reason after MoP 5.4.8 update my weapon swap macro doesnt work anymore, I use macro on my warrior to switch to Def stance and equip 1hand+shield, after 5.4.8 it doesnt work anymore buging my 1hander+shield they go grey and I cant even equip them manualy.

This is my macro that worked before patch:

#show Defensive Stance
/cast Defensive Stance
/equipslot 16 Grievous Gladiator's Hacker
/equipslot 17 Grievous Gladiator's Shield Wall

Any1 can help with this?

Having the exact same problem on my warrior too... any news on this matter?

Just to add I did the read only thing on my WTF folder to save keybinds due to keybinds not being saved after relogs.

They blocked this so you cant use xmog bug like that, try to use equipment manager. /equipset Name of Set
