Guild charter problem

Hello guys i got a problem with making a guild, when i get the guild charter i can't get a sign from no one cuz i can't click on it it's silver button, not a red one can anybody help ?

It is a known bug already reported on BugTracker

Any news? Same problem and i have some people ready to sign... are 3 weeks that nobody can create a guild
