is anyone else encountering this?

my "got my mind on my money" achievement counter is stuck at 9300 / 50 000 and no matter what i do it doesnt change.
is there any fix for this?
also this happens for other achievements too

also achievement progress always reset when logout? im doing daily quest about 29/50 achievement progress and then i logout the achieve progress reset back to 0
