Faction change problem

Hello everyone

I just donated and was trying 'Faction Change' on Lordaeron
I am transferring from Horde to Alliance, but when i try to do it via Faction transfer. Its being like -

1. I chose Human race on alliance side and customized my looks.
2. I entered new name for my toon on alliance side

But when i click for confirmation, it says unable to change race,

Any solutions ?

Solved ! close please !

It was minor issue - Character was transferred to alliance but my account was stuck in faction change screen for a while.
