What exactly does PowerLeveling mean?!

I put on the table the following situation ...

Lvl 80 & lvl 15 doing a stockades run ... the 80 gathers all up, leaves party, the 15 AOE's, the 80 distroys all.

This is a bannable offense?! I've seen lots of Powerleveling bans last days.
Asking becouse we all have guildies in need of assistance, or low level alts.

Looking for an official Warmane answer ... Ty verry much.

Basically, if you help a low level character kill a skull level mob with the intention of exploiting to boost their experience gain, that is powerleveling.

yeah that i've read allready ... Basicaly i want to know if the party leaving / joining part is seen as an explioit or cheating. Better ask than trouble

As far as the mob is ~ the level of the player, that is fine.
