Technical Arena Tournament account help please

Hello sorry for writing here but i didint find where i can write it please help.
I was playing on arena tournamnet some 3 years ago and i forgot email and password, but i remeber my account name becouse i was using this name account in all games. Can someone help me with that problem ?

did you merge the AT Account and Warmane Account? it was possible between February 2015 and June 2015, if you have NOT merged them before then your AT Characters are lost, so it is not a big deal if you do not remember anymore the password of your old AT Account.

That said right now on Blackrock realm ( old At Wotlk realm) all Gear is Free (so also Wrathful), this means with the "Pick a spec NPC" ( new name of old Tamplate Npc) you can re-create all your old Chars with the best gear available in less than a minute
