Pandaria Onyx Cloud Serpent quest

Hello,

Just wanted to ask if there is a way to finish the quest [Suprise Attack!] ( http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31277/surprise-attack ). I have killed the boss but I'm stuck at the part where you have to join the battle at the Niuzao Temple. I can't find Ban Bearheart around Niuzao Temple but he is at the Shado-Pan Garison on the other side, when I try to talk to him it shows a grey questionmark.
