druid is easier in my opinion :) to level and to master. Leveling spec would be probably feral, but balance is fun aswell!
I don't know very much about warlocks though.
Lock. Don't know about pvp, but I play demo lock (not a hybrid) PvE on Ragnaros.
Here's some bullet points as to why you should do a warlock:
1) Competitive dps once you've mastered it and got decent gear (positioning during bosses, where to position your portal, cd management, knowing where to proc off your decimations before boss hits 40%, etc.);
2) Rotation does not feel too bland compared to balance druid, although i'd say feral would be more fun in this aspect;
3) Not many demo locks around and every decent 25man will try to get 1 demo lock, so if there's not many around at a given time, some raids might let you join without meeting their gs or achievment requirements;
4) Big numbers;
5) Unrivaled burn phase (get a boss to 40% and just watch your name climb the dps chart),
All in all, demonology lock seems to be a very misunderstood class, as often I am taken on a pug raid to provide the sp buff and do a bit of dps here and there, and often enough seem to take a lot of people by surprise when I take my spot among top dps'ers on the recount chart ( I got bis trinkets and the rest is 25normal/10hc gear). It just depends on how far you are going to take it.

Leveling wise on a Warlock, just be careful you can't handle too many mobs as you are a bit squishy. (My demonology Warlock is currently 63) so do make sure you get the tailoring profession as you level as it will help you in the long run. You can also go skinning with it if you want to make some pieces like boots/shoulders.
Warlock is stronger in PvP and easier to play. Druid is about versatility - more for advanced players.
