Pandaria Characters stolen/deleted?

Soo I havent been playing WoW in 1-2 months and decided to log on here again for some PVP.
When I logged in my characters were gone lvl 90 nelf warr + 90 human pally and were replaced with low level ones I never made. I havent been giving away my password to sites or ppl. I know how scamming and phishing works and i have legal antiviral software so idk how my password was compromised. it was never changed and my email doesnt say that anyone else has logged in so my email is fine but someone has been playing while I was away and moved my stuff.
I wont touch these new toons and would like to get my lvl 90s back (if possible) because I don't have time as before to level up from 1 again

if you expect Staff will restore them for you then at 99.99% it will never happen.
The only way to restore them is by using the Character Restoration service. Go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services
Select Ralm> Select a Random Character ( it does not matter which one)> Select Coins or Points> Character Restoration.
Now you should be able to see all your deleted Characters which might be restored

Edit: in your case change pssw would be a good idea
