Well, the scripts so far are very good, especially having in mind that Warmane isn't opensource. The population is the biggest you can get on a WotLK realm, having more players than Ragnaros and Deathwing combined. RDF doesn't work, which makes lowlvl dungeons very rare and a pain to start even if you get a group, but that's part of the realm's design. The realm is well polished so far and players are looking forward to Ulduar's release in the near future.

So far, as I have played, there seemed to be a lack of quest in zones, after doing all quests in elwynn I could found, I still wasn't lvl 10 and didn't get lvl 15 after doing westfall. Is this being fixed, or is it still same?

Problem in you, i was around 13 when i left elwyn, and i've skipped few.

Might be. So, the question is, would you recommend Lordaeron over other Wotlk servers?

I would recommend it if you don't mind boring leveling because there is no RDF and love PvE because this is for sure isn't PvP server.

If you like Blizzlike private servers, Warmane is better than most. And Lordaeron is the best 3.3.5 1x Realm that exists.
Servers/Realms with more than 1K online at all times.
Also notice that this is the first time that Lordaeron is working on fixing it after release, in a couple of years, with help of the players, the bug tracker and the warmane staff Warmane will be Retail WoW and in like 5 years will release Vanilla WoW and it will be a project for like 10 years.
Fukc Retail, seriously. Blizz was sold years years ago dude, it's only the name...
