Cant launch MOP, archive issue?

It brings up an error with the "world of warcraft cant make a required change to the archive file. Please help!

You did not paste your complete error message, but this is most likely the solution:

if what you see on that gif do not work then you have to do this:
1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
