Im stuck at deciding here! I was going to get gloren Hc and use points on sanct helm but now im thinking i love the look of the hc helm which would match my shoulders and get the normal gloren?
I dont have much time for raiding so getting tier pieces that way will nevr happen.

HC gloren + norm head > hc head + norm gloren in terms of dps (weapon dmg). Since you don't raid much the difference is going to be minimal for you.
I recommend you to get trinkets/weapons before t10 pieces (you don't raid much -> you have almost 0 chance to get them), emblems will be farmed over time for at least t10 norm.

So hc glor and norm head will be the best for dps

Better than hc helm and norm gloren. If you don't have sts/dbw (at least norm) - it would be better to get gloren hc + one of those.
