Archeology bug

Hello, I don't know what is happening maybe it is my client but every time I try to solve an artifact , it just won't complete it, nothing happens when cast bar is finished with solving, I don't lose fragments or keystones. Any help is welcome.

next time dont use keystones because they are right now bugged... craft your archeology items without keystone and when you made mistake and use keystone for craft then just relog and you can craft again but remember WITHOUT KEYSTONES
