I am talking about this http://www.wowhead.com/item=33857/crate-of-meat can it drop Recipe: Kibler's Bits like it is said in that site because i have been doing the quest for some time and i only receive different types of meat from this thing

Yes, it can. I was stuck on that particular one as well for quite a bit, but I managed to open it in Crate of Meat. Just keep doing and one lucky day you'll get it xD

I got this recipe hunting for stormchops one, so it drops. Gave up after months trying.
