Pandaria Pandarens cannot use unstuck anymore?

So I am remaking a panda and some random guy in the zone gave me 1k gold (he was giving out 800g-1k to those he meetup with), I dunno how he managed to farm that much, he was probably bored.

So the thing is I fell through the ground with my Pandaren and I cannot unstuck, relogging only makes me fall further down and Web unstuck said you cannot use this option until you pick faction, but previously we could unstuck in that zone using web unstuck.

lol I am broke as it is as a twink, that 1k was gonna be of use to me.

Make a support ticket in game. A GM should be able to move your char back to ground.
