Alliance Guilds on Rag?

How many Alliance Guilds are actively raiding on Rag now as I have just returned due to the new core and merge we are promised shortly!

Me and my Rogue friend are looking for a good ICC farming guild to join and have fun with. Pref an English speaking guild as we are from the Isles of England and would prefer a guild that we can interact with.

ME - MS H Pala 5.7k GS KS10, RS10
Rogue Friend - MS Combat 5.9k GS KS10, RS10

We both played on Rag since last summer then went to Lord when it opened. We are now coming back to Rag for the new update which is inc. Prior to this we both played on Retail up until Cata. We have the exp of wow and our classes. Just need the knowledge of the guilds on Rag now to find one that we can progress through the new scripts in ICC and others if able.
