    It's either a support ticket on website (only available on premium accounts) or that email. Those are the ways to reach one of the 2 people who can help you with issues related to your account. GMs only deal with ingame issues.

    Ok thx, I send e-mail there with couple of Screenshots from my email inbox about attempt to log in from other place, and about my account e-mail changes that I received from Warmane. I rly hope this gona be over soon, have toons that I rly cant afford to lose, 60 + days played and stuff.. Crap!
