Pandaria Won't connect to server

My client will not connect to the server. I log in fine, and the first time it told me to log in using my Battle.net account (which I did not do), and then every time after that it just sticks at connecting. Clicking cancel brings up the realm list which says all the servers are offline, which I know is not true. Nothing on my computer has changed, and I can connect to the Neverendless Servers (I mixed up the icons and got on the wrong one) just fine.

I have not logged in for about 6 months, but that shouldn't change connection.

Weirdly enough, I also cannot get Steam to connect, although it was working fine earlier.

Frostwolf has been upgraded to 5.4.8, you are still using old 5.4.2 client.
So now you have 3 different options:
1) go here: https://www.warmane.com/download and get full 5.4.8 client by selecting "Mist of Pandaria"
2) or by selecting "MoP minimal", it is a 16MB installer which let you play and download the game at same time
3) if you are using 5.4.2 WITHOUT WoD models then you can Upgrade it to 5.4.8 by just downloading the "wow.exe" from 5.4.8 torrent and place it inside your 5.4.2 folder

I just saw that right before you replied. I'm going to re-install the whole thing (maybe not the best idea but eh), and go from there.
