Lordaeron world of warcraft minimal installer ?

Hi guys i was wondering we got a mists of pandaria 150 mb launcher like retail but i wonder if we have wotlk 3.3.5a minimal launcher.

my internet speed is very slow so i want to play while downloading is there any modded installer around ??

Downloading while playing was implemented in Cata. It's not possible with wotlk client.
