Addons Issue

Hi guys, id like to know why i cant use addons (most of are worthless and doesnt work) id like to know why OmniCC or recount doesnt work on my mop launcher... any help?
PD. yes, i know where to put my addons stuff

go here: http://mods.curse.com/addons/wow/omni-cc > other downloads> page 2, choose the one for 5.4.0 Game version, do the same for any other addons.
If you are already getting the MoP version of the AddOns then:
1) open the game
2) at Character selection screen click on "Addons"
3) Active "load out of date Addons"
