    Can't loot the head of Arugal

    I ran through shadowfang keep on lordaeron and while I had the quest in my log Arugal Must Die; I couldn't loot the head. I'm a bit annoyed because I wanted the ring quest reward and now I can't get it because of a bug. Any help is appreciated.
