The game stuck!

Hello, i was on my way to Ghostland (I am an Alliance), during my flying over there, the land was not clear. Then i suddenly flying below the land. After finished flying, my character fall down and died. I open the game again, the scene was no land, just like a sky, and i dont see my character.

Can someone help me how to undo this? I'm already level 66, and this already happened to me before (another character).

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

Do not go anymore to Ghostland with a fly path, next time enter in that region with a ground mount
