Technical Frostwolf Race Change

Hello,
I'm trying to change the race of my mage but it doesn't seem to work. Currently stuck at "updating race" and it doesn't look like its going to update anything.
Kinda don't wanna close the game because I'm not sure the race-changing option will still be there after I re-enter... What should I do ?

Edit: Ok so , It worked.
For those of you who have the same issue , I just waited for a few hours saw that no one has replied to my topic and just closed the game directly. When I reopened it the race was changed.

Exactly, it should not take more than few minutes. If it goes over that, just restart the client.
