Character creation

I am sorry i am brand new to this server can anyone tell me why is it so hard to create a character here?(Error creating character ) . I'd like to know what i can do about it maybe?
I know this might not be the place for this discussion but as i said new :)
Talkin about the WotLK server.
And do i join PTR Lordareion or the higher population one?

If you are looking to actually quest and interact with other players, you'll want to join a higher population. PTR is for testing raids. About the "error creating character' part, it's due to the hair style you selected. Some of the new models creates that error code. Just select a different hair style and you'll be golden.
