so i downloaded wow mist of pandaria but it doesn't want to open when i try this is what i see....

dude, I have already told you via PM:
1) close your Torrent client and move your MoP folder away from your Torrent's download destination
2) now right click on MoP folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
