WotLK Quel' Delar - Bugged Quest

I'm doing the Quel'Delar quest chain and I got to the part where I go to the Sunwell to loot the sword (The Purification of Quel'Delar) by using the item 'tempered quel'delar" at the sunwell. However I was in a raid group at the time (because I had to be to be able to enter the sunwell) and so the quest bugged out and I wasn't able to loot the item. I have made 3 tickets now explaining the situation and I keep getting the reply from GM's saying "Try it not in a raid group" or something along these lines. I have tried re-entering and leaving the raid group but it still doesn't work because the lootable container which contains the sword ISN'T THERE. To be able to try and loot it again I think I would need another of the quest items "Tempered Quel'Delar" to use it at the sunwell again. Can a GM please try to help me fix this problem as I made the first ticket about 5 days ago and the problem has still not been solved. My ingame character name is 'Nattmannen'. I've also attached a screenshot of when I tried looting the sword and the container was empty.

Leave raid group before looting it.

IDK if you're trolling or not, but the lootable container isn't there anymore.

Did you take the quest again? Do it again and leave raid group when the roleplay is over and the object becomes lootable. Did it that way a few days ago and it worked for others also.

Thanks man! Was scared to abandon the quest incase I couldn't retake it. All solved now.
