Terokk killable or bugged?

tried to solo kill terokk and was going smoothly until its hp went around 25% where he gains invulnerability and there was supposed to be something throwing bombs at him which breaks his invulnerability. problem is, there was no bombs.

quoted from wowhead "At 24%, he goes immune, and a Skybreak will emote that they're dropping bombs. At this point, he needs to be dragged into smoke which shatters his shield, but enrages him. This needs to be done twice or three times (enrage wears off and he goes immune again)."

is he killable or bugged or is there someway around his invulnerability? thanks
